The hike starts in Boom Gorge at the Red Bridge, where you will cross over the Chu River. The two-hour trek (one-way) takes you through narrow corridors and stretches of red sandstone columns that seem to go on forever.
The trail winds along a river through the gorge, leading to a small plateau where you will be treated to a breathtaking view of the Eolian Castles, with their striking, wind-eroded formations resembling ancient fortresses.
