Today we will cook incredibly tasty Turkish lamb. The dish is also called meat sauté. It is very simple to prepare, but the aroma is incredible. The meat is served along with prepared vegetables—onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Fried lamb also turns out deliciously delicious because the meat releases its own juices during cooking. Oregano or coriander goes well with this dish.

Ingredients:

Mutton1 kg

Bulb onions2 pcs.

Tomatoes2 pcs.

bell pepper 2 pcs.

Oregano1 tsp.

Salt2 tsp.

Ground black pepper1 tsp.

Vegetable oil3-4 tbsp. l.

Parsley30 g

First, you need to wash the lamb, remove the veins, and cut it into small cubes.

Next, cut the onion into small cubes.

The bell pepper must be chopped into medium strips, and the tomatoes into small cubes.

Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and add lamb. Fry with the lid open over high heat.

When the juice from the meat has evaporated, add the chopped onion and pepper and mix.

When the meat is covered with a golden crust, add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper to taste. Also, add oregano and stir. Reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.

At the end, pour in the chopped parsley and leave for about three minutes with the lid closed and the stove turned off. Bon appetit!
